HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK ?
Our concierge team has been professionally trained to coordinate the services listed in our Directory Of Services. As a PAC resident, you can direct all your inquires & requests through our Personal Concierge Service Desk, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your Personal Concierge Access Card indicates how you access (via phone, fax, e-mail, text message or the web) our Concierge Service Center, and provides your Concierge Access ID code (required when placing a request).
DO I PAY MORE BY USING THE SERVICE ?
Apart from a nominal coordination fee applied to select services, you DO NOT pay more for a product or service by directing your requests through us. In fact, you’ll often receive discounted rates, or get more for your money because of our buying power. Residents are naturally responsible for direct costs incurred for some requests (e.g. cost of event tickets, tours, cleaning services, etc.).
HOW DO I PLACE A REQUEST ?
You may contact your Personal Concierge Team to place your inquiries & requests by phone, fax, email, and direct web access, the details of which are listed below, in your Directory of Services, and on your Personal Concierge Access Cards.
